Sweet Mandy B's dessert bakery is looking for a FULL TIME Store Manager. Primary Responsibilities: Ensure customers & team members have a great experience Function as point person for all departments & owner Motivate team for speed of service & order accuracy Work with Department leads & Head Baker to create holiday menu items Monitor quality & freshness of baked items Ensure all food is handled & stored according to food safety standards Job Skills: Demonstrates decision-making ability, leadership skills, & ability to prioritize & delegate Fosters & encourages a positive environment Capable of teaching others in a positive & constructive manner Thorough product knowledge Advanced knowledge of safety policies and procedures Qualifications: Three years management experience in food establishment Previous quick service food handling experience in either hospitality or food & beverage industry Detail oriented Excellent verbal & written communication skills Requirements: Frequent walking, kneeling, bending and reaching overhead Able to stand for extended periods of time Must be able to lift, move and carry up to 25 pounds Availability weekdays, weekends, & holidays Must be able to read, speak, & write in English
